I don’t usually write reviews but when the service and the product exceed expectations, I want to share my experience. From the initial call to the completed job, I was treated with respect and my needs were accomplished efficiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company.
My entire experience with Renew was great. From the first phone call with Jordan, I knew I was in good hands. Nate came to my home to see what needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the amount of work that my peeling walls needed. Then Juan came with his crew explaining Ned everything they would be doing. Pedro and Victoria got started on the very difficult job. They absolutely worked magic and got the old plaster walls looking like new!! They were so friendly and courteous throughout the project. I think Pedro should be called an artist rather than a painter! I’m so thankful for their time and work and recommend them for any projects, simple or difficult.
This company truly understands customer service and executes flawlessly. Shane and Juan were very responsive providing answers to all my questions/concerns almost immediately. Ryan, who showed up exactly when he said he would, did the application to our satisfaction and was very personable and polite. Thank you for your efforts in putting the customer first...it shows!!!
We recently had Renew Painting paint our home’s entrance, hallway, and Hall Bath. From start to finish it was our best experience with a contractor!! Our hall bath was especially difficult, due to the fact, it had once been wallpapered. The removal left the walls in terrible shape. The Renew team took the time to properly prep the walls before painting and now we have a beautiful bath for our guest to use. Renew Painting is now our painter of choice.
What a fantastic job Renew Painting did for us. Francisco and his crew were incredible on how they planned and executed their work. Tackling our 20 foot vaulted ceiling and walls was no easy task, but they handled it with precision and care. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Everything was cleaned up and the furniture was moved back in its place when they were done. Would highly recommend Renew Painting and will certainly use them again.
